Invite it
Adding the app starts setup. It checks its own permissions and role position first, and tells the owner exactly what is missing.
It adopts what you have
Existing roles and channels are matched by name and synonyms. Only the gaps get filled, and server settings are only ever raised.
Repair or undo whenever
Every ID it creates or adopts is stored, so /setup repair and /setup undo touch only what they should.
